Our story began when Alicia, originally from Spain, met John during his first military assignment. Two years later, we were married, and the next 21 years took us around the world as a military family. Along the way, we learned something that has shaped the way we serve our clients today: home isn’t simply a place—it’s where your story takes root.

We’re also homeowners, landlords, sellers, buyers, and builders ourselves. Since 2005, we’ve called San Antonio home at different points and have personally purchased, rented, and multiple homes. Most recently, we purchased land and navigated the initial development process to prepare for building. In other words, we don’t just talk about real estate—we’ve sat on both sides of the table and made the decisions our clients are making today.

Alicia brings professional experience as a successful former real estate agent in Alabama, along with a unique multicultural perspective. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and some Turkish, allowing her to connect with people from many different backgrounds. John brings his military experience, a deep understanding of relocation, and the perspective that comes from serving and moving with a military family.
